Qualifications:
• Certified by NCCPA (PA-C) or AANP/ANCC (ACNP-BC)
• Current and valid Texas state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital medicine experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage the care of hospitalized patients
• Provide evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs
• Participate in daily patient rounds and contribute to discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols
