Facility Overview
Premier Inpatient Partners manages patients at three locations within the Physician’s Regional Healthcare System in Naples, Florida. Physicians Regional Healthcare System is comprised of three Naples hospitals in Collier County with 357 licensed beds, an affiliated multispecialty physician group and a medical staff of more than 500 physicians who are highly trained and skilled within their fields. The healthcare system offers vital services such as cardiology, neurovascular care, stroke care and orthopedics to the Naples community. The Pine Ridge campus has 177 patient beds, the Collier Boulevard campus has 130 patient beds, and the newest addition, Physician’s Regional North, is a hospital focused on orthopedic and spine surgical patients, includes four modern operating suites and is licensed for 20 medical/surgical beds.

Job Responsibilities
As part of your responsibilities, you will be seeing all new patient admissions from the ER and taking calls from nursing staff caring for admitted patients. Patient volumes do fluctuate, particularly during the peak months of November through March. During these busier times, additional call support will be available to handle floor calls and lighten the load. We strongly encourage communication and collaboration with the day team during sign-on and sign-off hours. Premier further enhances day and night shift cohesion through staff meetings and events held in the late afternoon and early evening, ensuring that both shifts can attend.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role: The night shift APP needs to be able to work well with other healthcare professionals, provide clear instructions, and offer compassionate care to patients and their families.
Team player, able to collaborate effectively and support their colleagues.
Efficient time management and autonomous functionality are crucial during the night time hours.
