Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.
  • Work alongside medical directors, clinical performance nurses, and a program manager.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Adult Acute Care is preferred; candidates with family practice or geriatric certification and recent acute care experience will also be considered.
  • Physician Assistants are also eligible for this role.
  • Candidates must be open and eligible to work full-time.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • We offer a standard seven on/off schedule.
  • Other flexible schedule options may also be available.
  • We support one another by covering shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our team has considerable autonomy with the right amount of support from our physicians – they carry their own patient load and assist with our observation unit.
  • Our hospital has a closed ICU during the day with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Base salary range of $150k – $160k, depending on experience.
