Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center
  • Support from Clinical Performance Nurses

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner Required: ACNP, AGACNP; FNP with Hospitalist experience. PAs cannot be considered for this role due to hospital bylaws.
  • Experience Required for this role.
  • Being comfortable in the ICU is a PLUS

Flexible Scheduling:

  • We offer flexible, per diem scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU setting, managing vents with the assistance of Tele-ICU, and doing procedures like central lines and arterial lines. Training is offered for procedures.
  • We anticipate the team will meet once a month for team meetings to collaborate on our goals of bringing better to the bedside.
