APRN - Hospitalist – Float - Days

The Position: Our Client is in need of a Hospitalist APRN to join their value-based care group and are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $120,000 Base Depending on Experience
• 1099 OR W2 Position
• Additional 10% Bonus Program
• 100% Health Insurance Paid for Employee and Spouse
• $25,000 Life Insurance Policy Paid by Employer
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• 401k with 4% Match
• This Position Does Not Offer PTO or Vacation Time

Requirements:

• Active Florida License in Good Standing
• Board Certification as FNP, Adult NP or Other ARNP Certification
• Credentialing and Admitting Status Active For:
  • Leesburg Regional Hospital
  • Advent Health Waterman (Tavares)
  • UF Health (The Villages)
• Approved Medicare PTAN, Blue Cross of Florida, United Healthcare and Cigna Status Prior to Employment
• Current DEA and DCS License With Ability to Prescribe Controlled Substances
• Bilingual a Plus, But Not Required

Responsibilities:

• 7 Days On, 7 Days Off
• 7am to 7pm Shift
• 100% Inpatient
• Admissions, Rounding, Consulting Services and Discharges
• Collaborating With the Rest of the Multidisciplinary Team
• Complete Charting in a Timely Manner
