Position Highlights:
- Competitive Salary (Up to $137,552 annually, based on experience)
- Generous Bonus: $20,000 for a 4-year commitment
- CME Allowance: $25,000 annually to support your professional development
- Unique Schedule: Full-time, night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation for optimal work-life balance
- Supportive, Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of experts in a 180-bed, Level 3 trauma center hospital with specialists in cardiology, GI, orthopedics, pulmonary care, neurology, and more.
- Exciting Patient Mix: Manage a census of 12-14 patients per shift, providing comprehensive care with the support of intensivists and specialists

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient care in a well-supported, team-oriented environment
- Manage a wide variety of patient cases with access to a full range of specialists, including cardiology, GI, nephrology, and more
- Conduct daily patient rounds, providing thorough assessments and treatment plans
- Admit and manage ICU patients, collaborating with intensivists for critical care
- Use Epic EMR for seamless, efficient documentation and communication
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a patient-centered approach to care

- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
