Position Highlights:

• Competitive Salary (Up to $137,552 annually, based on experience)
• Generous Bonus: $20,000 for a 4-year commitment

• Unique Schedule: Full-time, night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation for optimal work-life balance
• Supportive, Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of experts in a 180-bed, Level 3 trauma center hospital with specialists in cardiology, GI, orthopedics, pulmonary care, neurology, and more.
• Exciting Patient Mix: Manage a census of 12-14 patients per shift, providing comprehensive care with the support of intensivists and specialists
• Comprehensive Benefits: Including four non-paid weeks off annually to recharge and reset

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality inpatient care in a well-supported, team-oriented environment
• Manage a wide variety of patient cases with access to a full range of specialists, including cardiology, GI, nephrology, and more
• Conduct daily patient rounds, providing thorough assessments and treatment plans
• Admit and manage ICU patients, collaborating with intensivists for critical care
• Use Epic EMR for seamless, efficient documentation and communication
• Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a patient-centered approach to care

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, compassionate PA or NP who is excited to be part of a growing healthcare community. Requirements:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• License: IA State License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience: New graduates and experienced providers both welcome
• Credentialing Time: 6-8 weeks
• References: Three professional references required (one must be a supervisor)
