We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

  • Join our close-knit, established team of eight physicians and four APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at The Hospitals of Sierra Campus.

  • Our expertise complements the work of the intensivists. This collaborative approach results in a more holistic and efficient approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
  • Nurse practitioner board certification
  • Two years minimum APP hospitalist experience.

Flexible Scheduling:

  • This is a nocturnist role, working 7 pm-7 am, with a 7-on/7-off model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We welcome the challenge of complex cases and work in an open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and at night (our team is not expected to perform procedures).
