Are you a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives? Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Advanced Practice Clinician to join our dynamic team at Perrysburg, with occasional shifts at St. Anne and St. Vincent Hospital. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for improving health outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive history and physical assessments (H&Ps), and assist with admissions.
Conduct rounding duties, including H&Ps, assisting with rapid response teams, geographical rounding, and emergency room coverage.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers throughout the hospital, including consults and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s Degree (MSN or DNP)

Physician Assistant (PA):
Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program

ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.

Working Hours

Flexible Scheduling Options: You can work a total of 168 hours per month, or opt for a schedule of two 7/12-hour shifts per month, occurring from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
