Position Type: 1099 Locums Tenens
Position: NP/PA - Hospital Medicine
Locations: Peoria, IL
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Primary coverage is needed for Monday – Friday, 1p to 1a or 2p to 12a. Occasional Saturday & Sunday coverage needed, day shift, 8a-4p.
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Logistics covered: Mileage, lodging, flights if needed, and malpractice insurance

Details:
- IL Licensed PA is required, however, an exception may be made for an APRN (possibly considered, but Must have Acute Care Certification and direct patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last year)
- Physician Assistant – Preferred
- NP-APRN – Welcome
- Average Number of Cases per day: approx 8 patients
- Trauma level II
- EMR: Epic
- PA-C - Required
- Will consider NPs, but must have the Acute Care certification
- Active IL License – Required
- IL CSR/DEA -- Willing to obtain
- BLS Certification - Required
- Availability per request - Required
- Two completed references
- Proof of COVID vaccine
