Job Description
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our compassionate Palliative Care team at IU Health University Hospital in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana! Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, enjoys collaborating with a team, and has strong communication skills.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Monday-Friday / no weekends or call
- 100% inpatient
- No procedural requirements
- Team includes 8 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
Qualifications:
- ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
- If new graduate, at least 5 years of RN experience in a high mortality setting required
