Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Quantity Requested: 2

Required Certifications:

  • Board Certified (BC)
  • DEA Certification

State Licensure:

  • Candidates who are not licensed in the state but are willing to apply will be considered.

Previous Experience Desired:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP.
  • Prefer experience in palliative/hospice care or certification in this field.

Additional Requirements for NRMs (Nurse Recruitment Managers):

  • Must be willing to travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
  • Personal vehicle and insurance are required.

Reason for Position Opening:

  • Vacancy due to FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) increase.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule & Weekly Hours:

  • 4 days/week
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Off days will rotate each week (Tuesday to Thursday)

  • Based off Experience

Travel/Lodging:

  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.44/mile (client covers other expenses)
