A Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed in Detroit, MI.

Titan Placement Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Home Health role in Detroit, MI. This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate NP looking to make a significant impact in the community by providing high-quality care to homebound patients.

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000, with experienced providers having the potential to earn $150,000 - $160,000, including a bonus.
• Bonus: Annual clinical performance bonus, with NPs earning up to $25,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Average of 6-7 patient visits per day.
• Support: You will be supported by a care team that includes a Medical Assistant, Scribe, and a designated Social Worker. Additionally, a Medical Director will mentor you in this role.
• Utilize advanced, cloud-based electronic health record systems.
• Work closely with your care team to ensure holistic care, addressing not just physical health but also social and emotional well-being.

Requirements

• Active, Michigan Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active DEA license.
• New Graduates Will Be Considered
• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
