• Consultations only in an inpatient setting
  • Average volume of 8-16 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• 24 months of experience required
• BLS and DEA certifications required
• Louisiana state licensure required

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing time is approximately 30 days
