Job Responsibilities

Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 10 days per month
Outpatient Practice Setting
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
2 Physicians in Practice
15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
EMR - EPIC

Qualifications

1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience) is REQUIRED.
Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
