- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1, is looking for a provider to cover On-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage. Flexible to 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days. Night/weekend call. No more than 12 patients per day if/when outpatient, with visit types: Survivorship, ACP, Chemo Start Visits, Benign Hematology Consults, and Pre-chemotherapy f/u visits. There are an average of 12 patients per shift and 21 chair center.
