Job Opportunity - NP Hematology/Oncology Locums Need!

Length of Contract: Ongoing
Start Date: November 2024

Support Staff:

• On occasion, MD support may be off-site.
• Infusion RNs will approach PA/NP with questions regarding patients receiving infusion treatments.
• Team includes: 2 MDs, 4 MAs, Infusion room with 4 RNs, Pharmacy, Lab, Social Worker.

Coverage Type:

• Seeking one provider to cover 4 days a week, with 10-hour shifts.
• Preference for a single full-time provider, but open to considering 2 providers if necessary.

• Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

• Average Daily Census: 12
• Beds: 10 exam rooms, 143 beds
• Patient Age Group: Adults

Requirements:

• Board Certifications Required/Preferred: BE/BC
• State License: OR license required
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Required?: Yes
• Years of Experience Required: Providers must have oncology experience; AOCNP certification preferred.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
