Full-time Hem/Onc Nurse Practitioner Opportunity Northeast of Cleveland, OH
- This is a hospital employed, multi-specialty group practice
- Affiliated with the Cleveland clinic
- Located under 1 hour NE of Cleveland, close to the PA Border
- 75% Oncology, 25% Hematology
- Outpatient practice environment and 10 days of call per month
- Procedures include mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc.
- Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribe medications.
- Adult and Geriatric patients
- Practice alongside 2 Physicians
- 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
- EMR - EPIC
- Fast credentialing-30 to 60 days
- Must have 2 years of experience and an OH License or ability to apply
- BLS/ACLS required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $85,000-$130,000 (including any bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
