We are hiring! A Perm Nurse Practitioner – Geriatric Medicine in St. Joseph County, IN!
Job details:
- Start date: Six (6) months to start
- Schedule: full time, 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM Monday-Friday + rotating call one week on, one week off
- Weekend Requirements: 24-hour call
- On Call Requirements: one week on, one week off
- EMR: Currently TruChart but will be switching to Epic in March
- Setting: Hospital-based, Inpatient
- Coordinate and provide all needed preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services
- Evaluates participant physical complaints and provides appropriate treatment
- Provides participants and caregiver teaching and education
- Ability to research, analyze and assimilate information from various on-site or virtual sources based on technical and experience-based knowledge. Must exhibit critical thinking skills and possess the ability to prioritize workload
Job Requirements:
- Active IN License
- BLS, CDS, DEA
- Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
- A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population strongly preferred
What Greenstaff Medical has to offer:
- Hourly rates: Up to $63.50 for W2 and up to $73 for 109
- View to extend after the 6 months assignment
- Referral Bonus of $2,000
