We are hiring a Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric Medicine for an assignment in IN!
Job details:
- Schedule: Full-time (however, will consider Part-time as well)
On Call coverage – one week on, and one week off.
- Need Geriatric experience
- Duration of assignment: Six (6) months to start
- On Call coverage – one week on, and one week off.
- Regularly updating the IDT on participant conditions and documenting changes in medical records.
- Overseeing the PACE Organization Clinic and performing rounds at contracted nursing homes.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
- Active IN license
- A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population strongly preferred
- BLS, CDS, DEA
