We are hiring Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an ongoing locum assignment in Napa County, CA!
Job details:
- Start Dec 2024 – March 2025
- PACE outpractice setting
- Preferred experience in long term care and geriatric medicine/experience in geriatric adult medicine. NP will be working independently so please ensure they have the number of years of experience to do so. They will not be 100% on their own but their day to day work in the clinic will be independent.
- Will work in the clinic for 3 days then will spend the other days doing documentation, home visits, or skilled nursing facility visits. 90% of the work is clinic based, 10% is home visits and nursing home visits.
- Call is not required
- PPS: 4
- EMR: Epic
Job Requirements:
- AANP/ANCC - REQUIRED
- Active CA license - REQUIRED
- BLS – REQUIRED
