• Start Date:ASAP (Credentialing will take about 15-30 days depending on your responsiveness)
• Duration:90 days
• Schedule & Weekly Hours:
  • Downey: 2 days
  • Whittier: 1 day
  • Lawndale: 1 day
  • Monday - Friday scheduling
• Patient Volume:10 patients/day
• BC, DEA, BLS
• EMR System:Practice Velocity
• Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
