Facility Location: Eastern NC

Coverage/Contract Dates: ASAP-3 months

Schedule/Work Hours: M-F; 8AM-5PM

Scope: Bread and butter Geriatrics

Ages: 55+

Patient Volume: 20-25PPD

Travel + Lodging: Yes

Job Responsibilities

Duties: rounding, re-certifications, med checks, admissions and discharges
1 MD & 1 NP on site
1 week of training in Roanoke, VA with travel & lodging to learn EMR & shadow NPs
EMR: Gerimed
2-3 weeks credentialing
