SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is actively recruiting for a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to become part of an established Gastroenterology team. A market competitive guaranteed salary will be offered along with comprehensive benefits package.

  • 5 days a week Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage (80% Inpatient/20% Outpatient)
  • Responsibilities for Inpatient work include new patient GI consults; GI follow up and hospital rounding
  • Hospital Pre-op and post op education to patients
  • Start and End time may very (flexible)

Requirements

  • Master s degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant licensure
