We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Gastroenterology team, focused on patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Our team is a dynamic, academic GI practice where you can work collaboratively alongside nationally recognized experts, learn new things every day, and be a part of a compassionate, team-oriented group that integrates 3 missions (clinical, education and research) into the day-to-day work of all team members.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • Open to 5 8-hour shifts (8:00am-5:00pm) or 4 10-hour shifts (8:00am-6:00pm) with Tuesdays off
    • No weekends, holidays, or call
  • 100% outpatient
  • No procedures
  • Practice at the DaLD Clinic at IU Health University Hospital and the DaLD Clinic in Zionsville, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Join a world renowned IBD team to help further expand our IU academic IBD outpatient practice.
  • Evaluation and management of patients with Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis who rely on our expertise to keep them functional with great quality of life despite IBD.
  • Collaborative Care Team Practice Model of MD & APP

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree required
  • Must be board eligible or board certified
  • Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
  • PA, FNP, or ACNP certification required
  • Prior IBD, GI or Internal Medicine experience preferred
  • Ideal candidates are quick learners, team players, ambitious and adaptable
  • Experience with Cerner a plus
