Perm Family Medicine NP/PA - OH

Our client in Hancock County, OH is in need of a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

Job details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• The provider will be responsible for treating adult and adolescent patients.
• This is an ambulatory primary care position, meaning the provider will be working in an outpatient setting.
• The role requires the ability to practice autonomously while managing 25+ patients per day.
• Cerner EMR will be used for documentation, and the provider will work within a hospital-employed system.
• The provider is expected to make a long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care.
• No hospital call, and a hospitalist group will admit patients to the hospital.

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant - REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Ability to practice autonomously seeing 25+ patients/day - (put answer in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
• Date of agency's last communication with provider (put answer in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
