Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans for patients across the lifespan, including wellness exams, routine check-ups, and chronic disease management.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, with the ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow APPs, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Assist with patient flow and ensure efficient management of a busy schedule.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
Compensation:
Wage Range: 109k-130k
