Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $125k + (based on Experience
• Bonus Structure: 10% bonus on yearly salary

Responsibilities:
• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
• Full malpractice coverage with tail

• Max panel is 650 patients
• Average only 10-12 patients a day
• Ability to practice as part of a collaborative team

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner

• 2+ years Primary Care outpatient experience as NP

• In-Office Medical Procedures: Suturing: Proficiency in suturing for minor wound closures, Joint Injections: Competence in administering joint injections for pain management, Skin Biopsies: Capability to perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes, Wound Care: Ability to manage and provide comprehensive wound care, Preventive Screenings: Capability to conduct and interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients.

• Training in Geriatrics welcome, *but not required

• Have an active, non-probationary state medical license & active DEA license

• Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation

• Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs

• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
