Value-Based Care model, you won’t be expected to chase RVUs for compensation, which provides more quality time with each patient, decreases your administrative burden, and improves your work/life balance.
- Outpatient only
- Ages 18+
- 20 patients per day seen on average
- No call
- Part-time schedules may be available
- APP supervision may be required
- Flex schedule with rotating evenings and weekends may be required, but still a 40 hour schedule those weeks, just a slightly altered start/finish time.
- Lots of new patient appointments covering multiple co-morbidities / chronic conditions
- Dedicated medical assistants
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in the state of Texas required.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty is preferred.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited agency.
- Master’s in nursing required, Doctorate of Nursing preferred.
- Two or more years of clinical experience as a nursing practitioner at a physician practice or in a hospital.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
- 2+ years experience required.
