Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate.

Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP).

Board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Experience in primary care or family practice settings.

Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions.

Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and medical software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Additional Requirements:

Active, unrestricted nursing license in good standing in Oklahoma.
