Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate.

  • Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

  • Stay informed about advancements in primary care and nursing practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

  • Provide health education and prevention strategies to improve patient outcomes.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and clinical skills to deliver efficient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP).

  • Board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

  • Experience in primary care or family practice settings.

  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions.

  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and medical software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted nursing license in good standing in Oklahoma.

  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
