- Other Details: This full-time Family Practice position requires an experienced FNP to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, including underserved migrant and refugee populations. The provider will work Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, seeing up to 16 patients per day in a fast-paced environment with support from medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and administrative staff. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing minor procedures such as injections and IUD placements, and utilizing EPIC EMR. Candidates must have an active WA license, DEA, board certification, at least two years of experience, and a clean background. Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus. Travel accommodations are covered, and providers must be COVID and flu vaccinated. The role requires a quick ramp-up period, with patient care expected by day 3.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including routine family medicine and walk-in care.
- Perform minor procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
- Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, seeing up to 16 patients per day.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and administrative staff.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.
- Deliver culturally competent care, serving migrant and refugee populations with interpretive services available.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State medical license and DEA required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP with recent face-to-face patient contact.
- Clean background with no malpractice history.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (to be confirmed during credentialing).
- Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus.
- COVID and flu vaccinations required.
Working Hours
- 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
