St. Luke's Health System is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial and patient focused Nephrology Team in Twin Falls, Idaho. The selected individual will be working alongside two physicians, Monday through Friday with a varying schedule.

Our Nephrology team offers a full spectrum of nephrologic care for people facing kidney issues such as kidney injury, kidney stones, electrolyte abnormalities, chronic kidney disease, and end-stage renal disease. We also care for patients pre- and post-kidney transplant and manage the treatment of patients with hypertension.

The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic. The APP works under the supervision of a designated physician, and in collaboration with a team of other providers and staff. Nephrology experience is preferred.
