- Additional Details: Full time position for a Family NP Special clinic taking care of Homeless patients only Provider will also also do outreach to the homeless on the streets, missions, under the underpasses, parks and wherever they can find them There is a team that goes out together Provider must have a heart for the underserved Seeing all ages of patients Ideally want someone with experience with this patient population Monday - Friday Seeing approximately 20 patients per day
