This new clinic is affiliated with a well-established and large family medicine practice in the region, ensuring ample support and resources. • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4/10 hour shifts which could include up to 1 day of Telehealth

• Team based care with RN co-visits and Integrated Clinical Services (behavioral health and pharmacy)
• Compensation is between $124,432 and $143,358 per year plus benefits.
