Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and patient assessments
• Record and update patients' medical histories and symptoms
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans
• Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat health conditions
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Monitor changes in patients' health and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Massachusetts
• Board-certified by ANCC or AANP
• Prescriptive authorization
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in primary care
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare data management
• Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
