Kaizen Clinical Partners in the Rio Grande Valley are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding primary care group in Weslaco at the Weslaco Family Care Center; or Donna at Donna Medical Clinic. Practicing and recent resident graduates to be considered; experience in outpatient/primary care preferred.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, Kaizen Clinical Partners provide a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Details:

• Outpatient Medicine in state-of-the-art clinics
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm
• In house x-ray imaging (site specific)
• Call rotation – 1:7
• Excellent compensation with incentives, bonuses, and partnership track availability
• Spanish speaking preferred
