Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider Assignment in NC

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - North Carolina

Schedule/Hours: ASAP - 6/02/25 (Option to extend or transition to perm) Monday - Friday; 8a - 5p

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and occupational health to patients ages 2 and up
• Use Epic EMR for patient documentation
• Perform phlebotomy and lab work
• Work closely with one Medical Assistant for patient care and support

Qualifications:

• Strong primary care experience required
• Proficiency with Epic and phlebotomy skills
• Team player with a willingness to help in various roles as needed
• Ability to work independently as the sole provider at the center
