Dates & Required Availability:
  • Shift & Call Details: 1-5 days a week, as long as it's consistent.
  • Scheduled Clinic: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Flexible with your schedule if needed)
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 24-48 hours.
Job Details:
  • Setting: Patient Home
  • Patient Volume: 4-10 (range depends on distance of patients to each other)
  • Required Procedures: Wound care and application of Biologic to wound
  • APP Support/Supervision: Has Medical Director as CP
  • EMR: Practice Fusion
  • Client Requirements: Need to be local to Houston. Flexible on location.
