Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Practice: Blackwood Family Medicine
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care services for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Active Virginia APRN license or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a primary care setting required (no new graduates at this time).
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care.
