We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to manage patient care and treatment through in-person, telephonic, and video consultations in the West LA area of CA. This role involves providing high-quality primary, acute, and specialty healthcare services to patients in various settings, including clinics, virtual platforms, or home visits.

Compensation & Benefits: $116,160 - $174,240 plus benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive care as the primary care provider in states where collaborative agreements are not required.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to diagnose and assess patient health concerns.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Develop and document individualized care plans.
  • Prescribe medications or other appropriate treatments.
  • Participate in the On-Call program, which may include after-hours, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current, active, valid, and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in California.
  • Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.
  • Completion of a Tuberculosis test is required for this position.
  • Candidates must reside in the West LA area
