• Salary: Starts at $100,000 - $103,000
• Productivity/Quality Bonus – up to 8% of annual salary

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• 100% outpatient providing primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Clear and Active Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
