Position Overview

Provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting, emphasizing preventive medicine and comprehensive patient care. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs. Manage both acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan, depending on the specific credentials of the provider (FNP or PA).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: 150k
  • Signing Bonus: Up to 20k–30k
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to 10k
