- FNP Job Incentives: Provider incentive: up to 7% (very obtainable) Accrual PTO (15 hours per month - 180 hours) 11 paid holidays Medical/Dental, Vision (Employer pays 80%) LTD/STD Retirement Plan - 401K with 4% match Life Insurance CME - 2000/annually and one week paid
