Family Nurse Practitioner
Out patient position

Community health organization with multiple facilities is seeking a primary care FNP for their Northern Illinois location.

Monday-Friday 5-8hr shifts or 4 10hr shifts

They require 1-2 Saturdays/month from 8:30-!2:30

Routine primary care

Will be expected to give newborn immunizations

School physicals
The clinic provides primary care, OB/Gyn, women's health, pediatrics and mental health services
Reasonable patient volume

They provide:
