* Responsibilities: Perform assessments, order and interpret tests, provide counseling, and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
* Skills: Use clinical judgment, prescribe medications, coordinate care, and ensure timely follow-up and referrals.
* Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Fairfield County.
