• Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for all Adolescents.
• Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active/Unrestricted KY Nurse Practitioner’s License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active/unrestricted DEA
• 1 year experience preferred
