Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care Nurse Practitioners in Martinez, CA for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Federally Qualified Health Center. Nurse Practitioner Contract Details: $75 $80 an hour*

• 13 week contract – with extensions guaranteed based on good standing
• Month to month schedule. NP’s can request locations and shifts they prefer to work, the more flexible the better to match their schedule.
• All ages. Support staff includes, MA’s, RN’s, CNA’s.
• Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• BLS
• DEA
• Experience: 2 years of recent relevant experience
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
