Supplemental Health Care is currently looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner in Forks, Washington to work in a Rural Health Clinic. Family Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
- $80-$85 an hour
- Shift: Tuesday- Friday or Monday- Thursday 8 or 10 hour shifts
- 12-week contract with possibility to extend
- Housing Provided
- Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
- BLS
- Active DEA
- Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
