Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Requirements to apply:

Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the state of Massachusetts.

Certifications: Current CPR Certification from American Heart Association. Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate. MASS Controlled Substance Registration and BLS required.

Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience. Experience with a community health center population and practice setting preferred.
