- Additional Details: 4 weekdays or 8AM-5PM x5 weekdays with 1 hr lunch (4 10s or 5 8 hour days). 40 hour work week Average 1.8 patients per hour Community Health experience is preferred Full scope Primary Care that MAY include: preventive and therapeutic modalities related to a variety of medical conditions that may include OB/GYN, Pediatric, Internal Medicine, mental health, and nutrition. Will work with one physician and 2-3 midlevels and strong support staff Phone triage call - rotates through providers
