We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall health and wellness. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient interviews.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
Valid WV state medical license.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
